Every now and then, I will hop on the internet and visit Painted Knoll Farms, the beautiful ranch where Luna was born. Painted Knoll Farms in Marshall, Virginia is such a beautiful place, and we certainly had a fun adventure traveling there to visit and bring Luna home. Upon my last visit to the website, I had noticed that Luna’s mother (Aspen) had been adopted into another home. I was happy and sad; happy for the new family that adopted such a sweet dog, and sad that I could no longer visit the website to see Luna’s mother. The other day, I was pleasantly surprised to receive an email from one of the (new) family members of Aspen. I am told that Aspen is doing very well, she loves her home, and her family couldn’t adore and love her anymore.
I have only been able to find one other sibling from Luna’s litter, so I am extremely happy to befriend this new acquaintance. I hope that we can continue to share together photos and stories of our adorable dog family.
Here are the most recent photos of Aspen. As you can see, she is quite ‘a looker’. It’s pretty obvious to me who Luna gets her soft and fluffy coat from.
