Coming up with puppy names can be a fun experience. I know that when the time came for D and me to think if a name for Luna, it was quite an extensive task. When we adopted Penny, she was originally referred to from her foster parents as Betty Jane; however that name really didn’t jive with the two of us. We thought that the name Penny would be an easy transition from Betty… and we also like saying that Penny was our ‘lucky penny’…
